For this reason, we offer flexible engagement options, including a Legal Support Plan with fixed monthly fees so you can set the budget and forget! This means you can call or email us on the agreed work as much as you like and it is all covered by the monthly fee (solving the problem of the ‘ticking clock’ on legal costs).
And any out of scope work we can add to the plan, quote separately, or charge on a time costed basis, all at your discretion.
How does it work?
We have one simple objective.. to get you legally prepared for all the risks and challenges that you face on your business journey, by assessing, reducing and managing those risks for you.
When you instruct us we will engage with you to arrange a Legal Risk Assessment of your business, then report to you on where we think you are exposed, detailing the downside risk and providing recommendations on your legal priorities.
We will then consult with you on our recommendations and develop a Legal Action Plan to reduce and manage your legal risk, professionally, appropriately and under a budget and time-frame that suits your business.
