1: Advising in written and oral:
The answers to questions of law, presented in the form that attempts to capture all the legal aspects with their support and the
required legal documents (all legal texts in force in Tunisia or foreign country if the applicable law is foreign law) with the
answers to the jurisprudence on the matter.
2.: The Representation of persons before the court and other public administrations:
Provide a proper defence before the courts and other public administrations in the various levels of litigation and extraction of
judgements, monitor their execution and propose of practical solutions to ensure the access to the right claimed.
3.: The Representation before the arbitral tribunals:
All actions required by the arbitral litigation ranging from alert to resort to arbitration and access to the enforcement of the award.
4.: Legal Audit:
Audit of factual situations and the degree of compliance with the law and a diagnosis of legal problems that have occurred and
predict those who can produce and offer solutions that will help avoid them in the present and the future, making as much as
possible all situations within the company in accordance with the law, thereby avoiding losses and helping to make a profit.
5.: Drafting of contracts and agreements and review of projects:
Writing contracts and other agreements may be concluded in all disciplines and in all languages, Arabic (official), French,
English, with the possibility of drafting conventions in other languages on request.
The proposal of all solutions that guarantee the rights and examine some of the articles of the draft agreement presented.
6.: Rising up Companies and monitoring of their files:
Write the statutes of all legal forms of companies permitted by Tunisian law in force, in Arab or foreign language by Client
choice.
Take all measures that allow the enjoyment of privileges granted to developers by the Investment Incentives Code or other laws.
Follow all the files that enable companies to enjoy all the incentives provided by law.
Prepare all agreements relating to assignments and make in accordance with current legislation and constitutions.
Perform all procedures for publicity to the situation of the company and updated in accordance with the law.
7.: Legal documentation:
Conduct studies and research on a particular matter and the legal provisions applicable to them and applicable case law and
the answers are available nationally or overseas.
8.: Assistance discussing articles transactions and preparing files:
Provide adequate assistance to discuss the modalities and details of transactions with the ability to negotiate on behalf of the
client and preparing files for transactions and provide assistance their presentation to the competent authorities. |

Born in Istanbul, Turkey, 1964. A graduate of Faculty of Law, Marmara University. He holds a Ph.D. in Law from Faculty of Law, University of Exeter, England. His LL.M., from Marmara University, was related to the legal regime of foreign investments in Turkey whereas his Ph.D. relates to European and Turkish Intellectual Property law. Trade mark attorney and a member of the Istanbul Bar Association. Language: English. He lectures in international commercial law, international investment law, international arbitration law, international intellectual property law at Galatasaray University Faculty of Law in Istanbul. He has also been appointed to the panel of arbitrators and conciliators at the ICSID (International Center of Settlement of Investment Disputes), Washington D.C.
ESRA SEZER CINER
Born in Istanbul, Turkey, 1968. A graduate of Faculty of Law, University of Istanbul. Her L.L.M., from Galatasaray University, was related to the Economic Law.
