Sweden Vin & Sprit Group--Sweden stated-owned liquor-making industry company would establish a new joint venture company with Jiannanchun Group, one of three traditional Chinese liquor brewage enterprises to produce traditional Chinese liquor and improve its packaging and trademarks.
As reported, the new joint venture company is headquartered in Chengdu. Swedish investor would take up holding position, accounting for 51% shares. As estimated, in this autumn, the new company would be put into operation and its products would come into the market in 2008.
Sweden Vin & Sprit Group is a well-known international liquor-making manufacturer and its operation profits in 2006 reached Kr.10.3b. And the products of its brand “Absolute Vodka” have further won worldwide reputation.
