On July 7, the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) newly approved or approved for capital increase of the following foreign invested enterprises: Wake Ro/Ro Shipping (China) Co., Ltd., Shanghai Shimao International Plaza Co., Ltd, and Shenzhen Darun Commercial Co., Ltd. It was reported that the main businesses of these three companies were mainly other ancillary activities by waterborne transportation, real estate development and operation and supermarket retailing.
