As reported, worldwide largest industry and logistics facilities developer Prologis recently signed cooperation agreement with Shanghai Zunxuan Enterprise Co., Ltd, and planned to build “Prologis-Shanghai Hongqiao International Logistics Center” in Huacao Town near the comprehensive traffic hub of Hongqiao, Shanghai.

Logistics center occupies grounds of 23760 square meters, with total investment of USD50m and registered capital of USD17m. After the completeness of this project, it would be an air-express logistics center for Prologis in the East China and also a high-standard industrial logistics park of Shanghai. Prologis Shanghai Hongqiao International Logistics Center planned to commence in June of this year and complete and be put into service in March of 2008.
