According to the statistics, by the end of last year, there were 184 investment projects of the UK in Shenzhen, with the contractual amount of USD 1.55b. The UK has become the country with the most investment projects and larger investment size and broader investment fields among European countries in Shenzhen. A batch of Fortune 500 enterprises from the UK in such fields as architecture, communication, finance and energy has made great success of investing in Shenzhen. In the recent period, the mayor of London Finance Town was intended to propose a resolution to cooperate with Shenzhen financial service institutions and establish financial service training center in Shenzhen.
