In July 2012, Mr. Linchang Shen, Attorney at Law was retained by a Japanese investor for his acquiring a Chinese domestic company, which is based in Baoshan District, Shanghai.

Mr. Shen provided one stop services for the acquisition, including but not limited to due diligence,participation in the business negotiation, drafting share transfer agreement,application for approval to concerned Chinese government department, take over the management and disposal of credit and debt etc.After the completion of the transaction, Linchang Shen has been continuing to act as the legal counsel of the company.

The value of the transferred share is over USD 5000,000.
