How We Help Find Chinese Investors
each month we receive dozens of inquiries and/or requests with respect to fundraising in China.
As you may know well, we are a law firm rather than an investor; and we help find Chinese investors through our clients, business contacts, chambers of commerce, investment events, and other investment platforms.
Considering the tremendous workload, we have to select some serious projects to work with. In addition, we ask for a success commission (negotiable case by case) as well as a retainer fee to cover the costs of case study, translation and necessary travel etc., usually US$ 1000-2000.
