I am a lawyer with my office in İstanbul, Turkey. I have a background mainly on banking, financial and commercial law, so currently we mainly focus on these areas of expertise. We provide legal and collection services to domestic and international companies, credit management firms, banks, export credit agencies and other institutions.
Attached you can find a brief presentation about the office, for your information.
For debt recovery/credit management files; we work on success fee basis. Simply, we charge fees at the rate of 8% of collected amounts. We do no charge any handling fee etc. If the case requires so and the client wants to legal ways, we try give a detailed information about the costs to be incurred, which have to be met by the client.
Sometimes clients may prefer to work on hourly rates, as they are used to in many countries. In such cases, we have a standard rate of 100.-Euro per hour. For cases/projects that may last for a long period, we may determine a cap and offer lump sum amount for the whole case.
In addition to collection services, we also provide legal services in the areas banking, financial law and commercial law cases, both as consultancy services and at litigation phase.
Also, we have a network of colleagues in law offices all over Turkey, with which we can work jointly and in confidence in achieving high quality services to clients.
