Our international lawyer team is now preparing a manual on Doing Business in China (mainly on legal aspects) as a preliminary guidebook for those who are doing or considering to do business in China. I wondered what you would expect to be included in a manual like that;any suggestion or comment are highly appreciated.
Once the manual is finished, a sample as well as the outline will be available on the "Shanghai International Lawyer" Website; and the people who have provided valuable suggestion are entitled to one free electronic copy.
