1.To answer legal inquiries.
2.To provide legal basis and legal advice for the person who has appointed him.
3.To draft, review and amend contracts and other legal documents for the person who has appointed him.
4.To participate in talks. This task mainly focuses collecting, acknowledging the laws, policies pertaining to the item of talk before talk, analyzing the practicability of the item of talk from the legal viewpoint; drafting, preparing, or reviewing and amending the files and documents needed in talk, assisting the person who has appointed him to formulate tactics and plan of talk, etc, and promptly and accurately providing legal advice for the person who has appointed him during the period of formal talk, etc.
5.To act as agent to participate in litigation, mediation or arbitration activities.
6.To accept authorization by a party to handle non-litigation legal matters, such as to handle company registration, to assist enterprise to implement the right of operating independently and being responsible for its own profits and losses, producing an inventory of their assets and verifying their funds, evaluating the assets, etc.
7.To publicize and popularize the basic knowledge of law.
