Article 25 of Regulation on Notarization of Chongqing Municipality stipulates,notary offices or judicial and administrative organs at same level which discovered the untruthfulness and illegality of the notarial documents issued shall make a decision to revoke the notarial documents. Whether the notarial documents are revoked by the notary offices directed by its affiliated judicial organs or by notary offices themselves,written forms shall be adopted and serviced to the concerning parties,and reasons shall be given as well. The party who have an objection with respect to the decision of revocation may appeal to the competent judicial administrative departments; The party person who have an objection with respect to the decision of judicial administrative departments may apply for reconsideration,or initiate administrative litigation in the people's court.
It is specially stipulated in article 38 and 39 of Regulation that there are really errors or improper contents due to the negligence or other reasons in the notarial document already issued.
Parties who discovered misconduct or malpractice, self-seeking misconduct of notaries in violation of notary procedure during the course of conduction of notarization may report to the judicial and administrative organs in charge of the notary offices.
